Flying effect automatic nail machine discusses the application of hard paper hub material of wine box and tonic box

The damage factors of automatic riveting machine have the following nine aspects:

1. The belt of the automatic riveter is off track. The roller rubber is worn and the idler wheel cannot work properly, which will affect the belt deviation. In a fully automatic riveting machine, the belt offset high point is very firm, and the long work roller just wears and thins until it breaks. Now, before discharge, there is some wear on the idler in the belt section.

2. The belt return part of the automatic riveter is fixed on the ashes. The wiper blade of the automatic riveting machine is worn, not close to the belt surface, the ash viscosity increases, and high moisture will form the belt surface with slag surface. The return section of a belt conveyor with a slag pipe has a vertical downward belt return. The residual ash in the adhesive can be put into the dehydration tank, which is very different from the planned arrangement of the tubular belt conveyor.

3. High moisture content in ash. After the discharge of the automatic riveting machine, the buffer slag filter components and the drain pipe are blocked, the sluice water discharge pipe is blocked, and the water filter components are not washed in time, which will cause the ash to carry too much water.

4. The ash in the buffer slag is straight. The ash produced by the slag extractor is not dehydrated during the defense time, but is transported directly to the dewatering tank via a tubular belt conveyor. The riveter will make up more dust and water, and the pipe belt conveyor will increase idle time and accelerate the idler. Worn out.

5. Riveting machine bearing quality. The working surface of some rollers is clean, because doubts about the quality of the bearing can also lead to reduced sensitivity or paper jams, and then wear.
6. The sealing performance of the riveting machine is poor. Slag is collected in the idler bearing, which can cause clogging or change sensitivity, and lead to wear.

7. Feed the fly ash into the roller. Sometimes the ash produced by the slagging machine only sticks to the tape and then falls on the idler and the idler shaft at both ends of the idler wheel. On the one hand, the roller body wears out, on the other hand, the roller body condenses to form a box.

8. Large particle size ash residue remains on the roller body. Sometimes, larger ash from the slag extractor will stick to the tape, and the hard, sharp material will wear down the roll quickly.

9. Ash overflow at the nozzle of the tubular belt. The idler roller of the roller set is worn, and the belt is transporting too much material, which will constitute the riveting machine. The belt is not tightly tied, the belt has a certain tension to resonate, and the ash overflow at the mouth of the bag causes the wear of other rollers to accelerate.
