2. Air pressure adjustment: under normal circumstances, the air pressure does not need to be adjusted, the outside of the machine can not be adjusted, if it is necessary to adjust, you can open the chassis panel, rotate the air pressure regulator, increase or reduce the air pressure, the general air pressure in 3.5-4kgf/c square meters is appropriate.

3. Adjustment of vibration force: adjustment of vibration force is divided into vibration disc adjustment knob (top) and track adjustment knob (bottom). Under normal circumstances, the vibration force does not need to be adjusted.

a. If it is found that the loading speed of the rivet on the vibrating disc is too slow, adjust the adjusting knob of the vibrating disc (above) so that it can be normally fed, and pay attention to the vibration force should not be too large;

b. If it is found that the rivet is running too slowly on the straight track, the track adjustment knob can be rotated to the appropriate speed, the appropriate speed refers to the rivet can slide normally on the track without squeezing out each other.

2. Usage

1. Turn on the power and connect the air source.

2. Pour the applicable rivets into the vibrating disc, and the number is about 3000PCS.

3. Before each nail pulling operation, a rivet should be delivered to the nail gun mouth to be locked.

4. Every time the nail pulling operation, pull the trigger on the nail gun, the machine will run once, but will not send a rivet to the nail gun mouth. Pull the trigger on the nail gun again, and the machine will deliver a rivet to the mouth of the nail gun.

5. After ensuring that there is a rivet in the mouth of the nail gun, hold the nail gun in one hand, support the workpiece to be pulled with one hand, and align the nail hole for pulling nails.

6. Every time you pull a rivet, the machine will automatically send a rivet to the mouth of the nail gun, waiting for the next nail operation.
